Q: Why there is insufficient filling (lack of glue) in injection molding parts ?

Answer: Insufficient filling (lack of glue) of injection molding parts appears, the cause of which can be produced in two kinds of environments, one is a poor injection molding processing operation factors, the other is a poor design of injection molding parts. Most of the defects caused by injection molding are due to excessive temperature drop and pressure drop from the gate to the filling process. The defects caused by the poor design of injection parts are mostly due to the poor opening of the gate/too far away, uneven thickness, the overall glue position is too thin, special design restrictions, poor exhaust and so on.
